Our multi-axis Mill and Mill/Turn centres run simultaneous toolpaths, so complex 3D components can be machined in a single setup — less handling, tighter accuracy, fewer chances for error.

Manufacturing range

Beyond 5-axis CNC, our floor covers manual milling, turning, grinding and EDM wire cutting and sink eroding for jobs that need a hand-finished pass, or geometries CNC alone can't reach.

Assembly & testing

Assembly and pre-delivery testing happen in-house, against the standard each component is built to meet, before anything is commissioned or shipped.

We manage the full workflow, design review, material procurement, fixture design, part manufacture, first-article inspection, and full batch delivery as one continuous process.

Certifications & Approvals

Certified to ISO 9001 (Telarc), with full traceability from raw material through to finished, commissioned product. We hold NCAGE and NATO registration, and are approved for New Zealand and Australian Defence work.

Production knowledge is captured in Safe Operating Procedures rather than held by individuals, with in-process QC and compliance validation and recording built into every stage. This is aligned to the requirements of AS9100 and ISO 13485 for clients working within those frameworks.
